The Operations Data Analyst will perform root cause analysis on tickets, maintain and update data pipelines, and support dashboards and datasets in Power BI. They will collaborate with the Vision team to ensure data sources are up to date and structured, and follow data governance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar.
- Experience working with data modeling and data pipeline management.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and preparing data.
- Excel advanced skills (formulas, structured data handling, validations, and organization of large spreadsheets).
- Experience with Power BI (dataset handling, simple reports, data validation).
