Support the BEES intake process by receiving demands, problems, and business needs from markets, then organizing, documenting, and transforming them into clear and comparable business cases using data and KPIs to assess impact and value, enabling transparent, data-driven prioritization.
Requirements
- University degree in a field related to the role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize complex information into structured insights
- Experience working with SQL/Python (recommended), Excel and Power Point
- Understanding process tracking, data analysis, or program support
- Solid documentation and process organization skills
- Familiarity with product or digital environments
- Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
- Analytical & Structured Thinking: Ability to connect data points, identify patterns, and support decision-making
- Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
- Advanced English, Spanish is a plus
