Role Overview
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for implementing marketing activities, supporting Sales organization, and driving sales efficiency.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing product marketing strategy, achieving product marketing targets, and executing annual marketing plans. You will also develop business plans and drive continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, business development, or sales within the electrical, industrial automation, or power distribution industry
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical products, protection devices, switchgear, energy management systems, or related Smart Power solutions
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, managing product portfolios, and identifying business growth opportunities through market analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment and drive results through teamwork
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/business analytics tools
