AbbVie is seeking a Brand Manager to assist in the development of annual marketing plans, co-ordinate their successful implementation and grow the long-term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products within the context of the overall Corporate Business Plan.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business or science related field
- Fully Conversant in Medicines New Zealand Code of Practice
- Strong stakeholder management and previous healthcare/marketing experience
- Deliver highly tailored, compelling experiences using real-time data, advanced analytics and AI to reflect customers unique preferences and behaviours
- Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals & theory, strategic brand planning processes and the role of sales teams in the marketing process
- Knowledge of the strategic brand planning processes
- Understanding of the Product life cycle management processes
- Digital marketing and understanding of how the New Zealand reimbursement environment
- Understanding the role of Sales Teams in the Marketing Process
- Experience turning market data into key insights
- Management of complex campaigns and managing agency relationships
- Multichannel exposure- print, digital, sales force
- Budget management
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically sales teams, deploying brand tactics and translating strategy into action
- Demonstrated excellence in execution
