Requirements
- Effective promotion of the assigned preparations in the designated area.
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, accounting departments, and building the reputation of AbbVie as a professional company delivering high-quality products, health solutions, and services.
- Achieving sales goals.
- Participating in additional projects within the company.
- Implementation of marketing strategy principles actively using promotional materials.
- Monitoring competitive market activities and sharing information with the team and direct supervisors.
- Active monitoring of tenders in all hospitals in the area of work, based on publicly available information (related to employees working in hospitals).
- Regular monitoring of the use of contracts in all hospitals in the area of work, based on publicly available information and reports from the NFZ.
- Cooperation with the KAM Payer for coordination and updating the situation in a given region.
- Systematic update and analysis of data from visited and unvisited doctors, pharmacies, hospitals (target and non-target) or / and estimation of these data based on the best knowledge
- Proper and timely management of received samples.
- Achieving the promotional budget according to the set goals.
- Cooperation with external customers and engaging them in company projects within the region/group of products.
- Maintaining regular contacts with local KOLs.
- Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, congresses in their region, as well as supporting central activities.
- Processing activities in the field of documentation, information, and communication with customers.
- Preparing a Regional Business Plan for a given center and discussing it regularly with the supervisor.
- Openness to changes in structure caused by the need for strategy.
- Timely billing of expenses, initiation of all activities in required systems in accordance with compliance rules.
