As a Senior/Expert Technical Account Manager at SCAYLE, you will manage enterprise customer relationships, provide technical expertise, and influence internal product roadmaps to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant).
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations.
