We are seeking a Social Media-focused Account Manager to work on a portfolio of brands within a digital advertising agency. You will serve as the liaison between internal teams and brand partners, translating goals into integrated campaigns and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Social Media Management or Account Management experience in digital advertising, marketing, or related agencies.
- Experience in social media tools e.g. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.
- Proven ability to handle high-value, high-volume interdisciplinary work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and deliver on objectives.
- Clear, confident communicator with excellence in written and verbal presentation; adept at facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
