The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
- Build long-term strategic partnerships
- Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges
- Resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams to support customer acquisition
- Develop account plans to expand revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution
- Support the facilitation of negotiations and contract agreements
- Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and product adoption
