The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges
  • Resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer acquisition
  • Develop account plans to expand revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Support the facilitation of negotiations and contract agreements
  • Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and product adoption
