The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience working in a digital marketing role
- At least 6 months of working experience in an email marketing field
- Proven track record of achieving success in a leadership role
- Ability to work independently without compromising on work standards
- Highly accountable, responsive, and excellent ability to meet deadlines
- Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and thinking critically/analytically
- Growth and results-driven mindset, and ability to handle and implement constructive criticism
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with various tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite
