The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales. This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you.
Requirements
- Extensive working experience in managing client accounts effectively
- Experience in email marketing
- Managing a team consisting of marketing professionals to deliver marketing campaigns
- Acting swiftly upon receiving urgent requests from clients
- High levels of accountability
- Professionalism
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite
