Requirements
- Steel or trades industry experience is preferred but full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to understand technical products (steel or construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed
