The Account Manager will establish and maintain relationships with clients, produce strategies based on data analysis, and improve company processes. They will also oversee performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction, empower the workforce by determining training needs, and define Sutherland’s reputation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Three years operations and management experience
- Process transformation experience required
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing mid-size team 100-200 FTEs is a benefit
- Background in the travel vertical/industry will be a major plus
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
