The Account Management team at Meta is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta’s suite of apps and services.
Requirements
- Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
- Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
- Become proficient in Meta’s solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet board advertiser requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigour
- Manage account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute proactively
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
- Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
