The Account Management team is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta’s suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through business consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
  • Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
  • Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
  • Manage account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
  • Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute proactively
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
  • Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
