Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and adoption strategies
- Familiarity with success planning and retention practices
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and customer success platforms
