Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee and lead all activities related to Sales at AMI, developing and executing high-level sales strategies, and initiating contact with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Oversee RFQ process, coordinate with stakeholders to develop accurate quotes, track key metrics, ensure quoted work is manufacturable, and manage customer relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales with a manufacturing company
- Solid communication skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience reviewing technical drawings/blueprints
- Experience preparing quotes for manufactured components
- Results driven and customer focused
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
- Valid driver’s license
