Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or preconstruction within construction, low voltage, or technical services industries
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience overseeing estimating or preconstruction functions
- Strong understanding of life safety systems, security, or technology-based solutions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close complex deals
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
