The People Operations Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to operational leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across assigned business areas.
Requirements
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and align people strategies that support business outcomes.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on workplace matters.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support resolution of workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Support performance management processes and leadership development initiatives.
- Help leaders build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.
- Support leaders through organizational change initiatives.
- Promote company culture and employee engagement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
