Sr. Growth Marketing Associate (Contractor)

We are looking for a curious and driven Sr. Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help expand our paid acquisition channel mix. You will work closely with the Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to research, launch, and scale emerging platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing with a BS/BA
• Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms and an understanding of attribution frameworks
• A data-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about digital advertising and a hunger to explore new channels
• A belief that your work is connected to something bigger
