The Business Account Manager II role involves driving profitable growth by translating retailer and manufacturer strategies into actionable business plans, partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver strong results and best-in-class customer experiences.
Requirements
- Develop and execute retailer-specific growth plans
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for regional client leadership
- Lead the Business Planning process
- Provide strategic direction and analytical support to Customer Managers
- Build, manage, and optimize customer and wholesaler business plans
- Identify opportunities and risks
- Deliver actionable analytics and insights
- Manage trade investment planning
- Analyze promotional performance
- Develop customer-level distribution, merchandising, and activation targets
- Leverage syndicated and internal data sources
- Conduct ad-hoc financial and performance analysis
- Participate in customer sales calls
- Develop and present materials for CROSSVIEW Business Reviews
- Ensure all client plans are accurately built, maintained, and updated
