Role Overview

Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education. Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals.

What You Will Do

Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices to elevate team success.

Requirements
