Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 is a strong asset)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
