Who we are
Our team is responsible for the implementation of ACT’s marketing strategy spanning 5 global offices. The key to our success is collaboration, so we are seeking an Advertising Specialist to work closely with our digital marketer, product marketers, copywriters, and designers throughout the process – from idea to concept to execution – to deploy effective omni-channel campaigns. Together with the digital marketer, you will devise and coordinate the implementation of campaigns, evaluate their performance, and adjust our ads and campaigns for different markets based on their performance. In this role, you will have the flexibility and opportunity to make this position your own based on your skills, experience, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate our sales objectives into clear KPIs and campaign objectives.
- Set up (online) content flows and improve existing content and data-driven campaigns by testing and learning from customer behaviour, insights, and feedback within time and budget.
- Implement advertising strategies and optimize campaigns based on sound data analysis.
- Analyze the online search behaviour of the target group and professionally advise our customers based on reports.
- Conduct keyword research.
- A/B testing of ad texts, landing pages, and positions in search results to get the maximum result of our campaign(s).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Advertising Specialist and media buying.
- You get energy from setting up, executing and analyzing advertising campaigns.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- You are analytically strong and like to work with numbers.
