Role Overview

Actalent is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Rep to join their team and help advance the careers of skilled professionals. The role involves building trusted relationships with engineering and sciences companies and partnering with clients to create value and meet their needs.

What You Will Do

Serve as a talent solutions and services subject matter expert, establish target accounts and prospects, identify and develop new and existing customer relationships, and increase sales and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales
  • Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism
