Requirements

• 4+ years of Growth marketing experience
• 2+ years of Meta media buying experience
• Excel/Google Sheets mastery
• GA4 proficiency
• Basic SQL knowledge (a plus)
• Strong creative intuition
• Experience working with influencers, designers, and creative partners
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
