We are seeking a high-performance Senior Creative Designer who operates at the intersection of brand, conversion, and speed, producing and scaling creative across various channels while minimizing reliance on detailed briefs and excessive revision cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design within beauty, CPG, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio showcasing PDP design, paid social creative, and product marketing assets
• Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, manage high asset volume, and operate with minimal direction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
