Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. React experience)
Experience with data warehousing technologies (Redshift, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse or similar) and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ

Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog, Grafana, or similar)
Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly, explaining not just the “what” but the “why” behind architectural choices, trade-offs, and implementation details
Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing
