Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving customers, developing, driving, and growing the ADAPTIT Cybersecurity business. You will communicate the benefits of company’s products to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients.

What You Will Do

Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities and expansion, present and promote solutions and services to existing accounts and prospective customers, contact existing customers to discuss needs, and provide input about customer needs and design the best business model for their needs.

You will maintain a positive and ongoing customer relationship, provide forecast and reporting, and work as part of the commercial team. You will also keep attention to results and contractual terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or in a Business-related field (e.g. Marketing, Management, Business Administration) or in Technology/Computer Science
  • Approx. 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in the Tech industry
  • Strong in generating leads and business development
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and in Greek, as well
  • Be a team player
