We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted markets and sectors. The role will involve identifying leads, developing and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven success in selling IT staffing, team augmentation services.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, and/or the resources industry, where you have developed relevant expertise through consulting engagements focused on finance, banking, energy, or utilities.
- Proven track record in achieving annual sales of at least $ 2MM
