As a Senior Field Sales Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution to scale Field Sales as Addi’s primary engine for mass, high-quality SMB acquisition. This role will drive new merchant acquisition while maintaining robust unit economics and strict risk controls.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Field Sales Leadership & Execution Excellence
- Multi-Layer Leadership: Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams
- Operational Rigor: Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, route management, and fast-paced problem-solving in the field
- Territory Strategy: Deep expertise in building territory plans, coverage models, and productivity levers
- Strategic Influence & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Risk-Adjusted Growth Systems: Ability to enforce process compliance and partner with Risk/Compliance teams to maintain healthy merchant cohorts
