Manage and guide the budget, forecast, reporting and analysis processes for the Retail initiative in China. Lead planning and analytics in alignment with globally and market defined processes and timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in running complex, cross-functional processes effectively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to effectively present information and influence company leadership and decisions
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in scenario planning and investment case analysis
- Ability to coach, manage, align, motivate and develop direct reports and team
