The Sales Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the worldwide sales organization by managing end-to-end compensation processes, ensuring accuracy in performance reporting, quota setting, and compliance with defined timelines. The role is also responsible for developing and optimizing processes, tools, and analytics that enable the full sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational roles
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with an MBA or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple leaders
- Strong understanding of sales operations processes, sales cycles, and reporting frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including integration with Excel and automated charting
- Experience developing automating Excel workflows, and building data-driven tools
- Hands-on experience working with SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
- Flexibility to work across time zones and manage deadlines under pressure
