The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing – Education Institutions to lead the B2B Education business strategy and growth. This entails delivering the 3-year strategic plan, compelling value proposition, messaging, and positioning globally, pricing and offering strategy, and geographic growth plans.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or related roles within enterprise software/SaaS, IT, or EdTech.
- Deep expertise in messaging, positioning, and value-based storytelling, with a track record of influencing how products are understood and adopted in the market.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape, including institutional priorities, customer groups (faculty, IT, administration), and decision-making dynamics.
- Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into differentiated strategy, driving clarity in value propositions and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments, influencing Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct ownership of GTM execution.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
