Aduro Advisors is seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our People Operations team. The role involves aligning business objectives with people initiatives, providing data-driven insights and expertise on people-related matters, and coaching leaders through employee relations and performance issues.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a People Business Partner.
- Consistently demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential situations.
- Be able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
- Be able to solve problems of medium complexity with little to no oversight.
- Have a very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a service mindset and enjoy interacting with the employees you serve.
