Lead Financial Analyst – Global Service Organization (GSO) at Advanced Energy, responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnership to support strategic decision-making. Develops and maintains financial information, owns forecasting and analysis, and leads preparation of monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform both strategic and hands on analysis in a fast paced, global environment
  • Ability to utilize the full Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level of proficiency
  • Strong work ethic, exceptional’say / do’ ratio, self-starter with bias to action
  • Ability to lead and influence through both direct and indirect working relationships
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with an integrated ERP system, including Financial Planning and Consolidation (SAP preferred)
  • Proven organizational, time management, project management, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
