Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiations
  • Familiarity with trends and brands within the advertising industry
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze account performance, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and drive client engagement
  • Resourcefulness in addressing challenges and managing client expectations effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, switching from strategic to operational mindset; ability to prioritize and synthesize a high volume of information
