Adyen is looking for a commercially minded, data-driven and proactive Partner Marketing Lead. This role will work from the New York office and reports directly to the VP of Global Acquisition Marketing.
The Partner Marketing Lead is responsible for driving and implementing our global partner marketing strategy resulting in measurable uplift in shared business KPIs for us and our partners. You will serve as a conduit between partnership leadership and marketing teams on a local, regional and global level. This is a senior individual contributor role that will work closely with regional partner marketing managers and local marketing teams. The core scope of the role is split between working directly with our most important partners and program management for various partner marketing projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, has excellent communication skills and is motivated to form an intimate understanding of Adyen’s business model and commercial organization. We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in an international environment, and who is passionate about guiding teams to create successful marketing programs that drive business impact.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain results-driven relationships with key partners, driving demand and adoption of Adyen’s product(s) through these partners
- Drive the integration of our partner marketing strategy and activities into local go-to-market plans through close collaboration with local marketing and go-to-market teams and regional partner marketing managers
- Scale and manage Adyen’s partner marketing program to drive growth through strategic partnerships
- Develop and iterate self service marketing resources for commercial partner managers and drive adoption
- Act as the primary marketing contact for Adyen’s partnership leadership team
What you have:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing. B2B marketing experience is required, with at least 3 years of experience in a partner marketing role.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs and driving growth through partnerships.
- Strong influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate at C-levels of large global technology companies
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- A player-coach mentality
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%
This role is based out of our New York office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
