Senior Counsel, Payment & Product Partnerships – EMEA

Adyen is seeking a Senior Counsel for Payment & Product Partnerships in the EMEA region. The role involves partnering with teams to build and manage strategic relationships with financial and technology partners, structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, and providing legal guidance on regulatory and commercial matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a qualified lawyer in-house and law firm roles
• Experience working with financial institutions or technology companies on transactions
• Strong contract generalist and lead negotiator skills
• Excellent English-language communication skills
• Constitutional curiosity and enthusiasm for self-education on complex business models and technologies
• Risk-tuned judgment, project management skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities
