Team Lead – Payments Partnerships, India

We are looking for a Team Lead – Payments Partnerships to manage and grow Adyen’s payment partnerships across India. You will lead a team responsible for managing and expanding Adyen’s payment partnerships, drive the strategy and prioritization of key partnership initiatives, and strengthen relationships with key payment partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing partnerships or strategic accounts
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and emerging industry trends
• Commercially minded with experience structuring partnerships and negotiating agreements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
