The role involves assisting with commercial activities like preparing Sales Offers, coordinating with shipping teams, and maintaining documentation. Requirements
- Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations.
- Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.
- Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents – invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization.
- Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
- Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.
