Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field
- At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record in optimizing pricing, marketing, and sales strategies to drive top-line growth
- Several years of demonstrable experience in consulting
- Strong analytical skills and experience in (big) data analysis
- Confident use of common analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic, independent working style with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Leadership qualities and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to travel four days per week to the respective portfolio company
