Job Title
AeroVect is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help build a world-class operations and technical team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, excellent verbal and written skills, and experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Requirements
- Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
- Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).
- Perform administrative duties to support an efficient sourcing and recruiting process (e.g., scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining ATS records, providing candidate information, etc.).
