Software is the universal language of innovation, powering everything from global enterprises to small businesses. Creating software, however, remains the domain of a select few — those with years of technical training and engineering expertise. Despite the advent of AI assistants like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, turning an idea into working software still demands deep technical knowledge.
Agemo exists to change this paradigm. We envision a world where anyone can create sophisticated software tools simply by describing what they want to achieve. The future of software creation lies not in writing code, but in expressing ideas and problem solving.
We see a world where businesses are able to build agentic workflows that automate complex, manual and tedious tasks. All from a description – no coding required.
About the Role
As the Founding Marketer, you’ll play a crucial role in defining and executing our marketing strategy from the ground up. Your work will focus creating high-quality content tailored to our target audience and industries, driving community engagement, and organizing events to increase our brand presence.
You thrive in ambiguity and get excited by solving ill-defined problems at the intersection of multiple functions such as product, marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content strategy to attract and engage businesses in services and consultancies, e-commerce, and logistics industries.
- Create content to educate our target audience and increase company’s brand presence: customer case studies, thought leadership pieces, demo videos and tutorials, webinars and industry events to engage prospects.
- Event and Brand Marketing
- Organize and attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase CodeWords.
- In collaboration with the co-founders, identify opportunities to speak at or sponsor events in the AI and software automation space, and industries relevant to our offering
- Measure ROI of digital and marketing strategies and continuously refine tactics to hit our objectives.
- Community Growth & Product Positioning:
- In collaboration with the product team, conduct user and customer interviews to craft the right messaging to our target community of early adopters
- Develop and manage social media strategies to drive conversations and thought leadership.
- Foster partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and existing communities.
You might be a good fit if you
- are scrappy, creative and passionate about marketing and AI’s impact on knowledge work.
- have experienced the 0 to 1 phase as an early marketer in a small team
- have a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand content tailored to different audiences
- think creatively about how to drive demand and engagement through content in different forms: text, videos, guides…
- enjoy wearing multiple hats, are results-oriented and can move fast with competing deadlines and loosely defined priorities
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on content marketing, community building in the AI and/or SaaS space, and PLG.
- Proven ability to create high-quality content across multiple formats (written, video, webinars) fast.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media engagement strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment is a requirement.
Even if you don’t fit all the qualification above, we strongly encourage you to apply. We care infinitely more about your future growth than what you’ve done in the past.
About agemo
We marry research and engineering to build reasoning systems for software. From a human description to ready-to-use piece of software. We are a fun, scrappy and intense bunch that challenges conventional ideas about AI capabilities. We believe that to automate the creation of software, we first need to research and understand the computational principles undergirding intelligence — this has led us to working on the ARC-AGI benchmark which was recognized by industry leaders working on AGI such as François Chollet (inventor of Keras and AI pioneer) and Mike Knoop (co-founder of Zapier) who are now part of our scientific advisory board, along with researchers on the Meta Llama and Google Gemini teams.
We are fortunate to be backed by Fly Ventures and firstminute capital, alongside angel investors including Olivier Pomel (CEO of Datadog), Jon Reynolds (Founder of Swiftkey), Tim Rocktäschel (Head of Open-Endedness at Google Deepmind), Mehdi Ghissassi (Head of Product at Google Deepmind), Amar Shah (co-founder of Wayve), Roxanne Varza (Director of Station F), senior researchers from Meta’s Llama team and many others.

Where We Work
We work in a hybrid model where we meet in the office a few days a week on a flexible basis. We are currently hiring people who can physically be in London, but are also making exceptions.
How We Work
Beyond the collaborative, open and transparent culture we strive to foster, there are a few things we strongly value.
Speed and velocity are our unfair advantages. Moving fast and adapting does not mean delivering subpar work. Instead we focus on shipping and iterating on hypotheses as quickly as possible. Because done is better than perfect.
We embody both the prepared and beginner’s minds. We are humble to the fact that we need to let go of some of our core beliefs and get back to becoming a student in the ****rapidly evolving field of technology.
Excellence of the craft. Enduring companies are built with care across every single function. We maintain a high bar for everyone from engineering and research to marketing.
