Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to manage leads, re-engage dormant customers, and support our outside sales team to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition
• Experience in construction, home services, or roofing industries
• Database management and lead re-engagement experience
• Strong English communication skills (clear and professional over phone and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research skills

Benefits

• $1,700/month base + Sales Commission (OTE TBD)
