Sales Operations Analyst plays a dual role: powering internal sales performance and supporting customer success by making data actionable. The role involves partnering with onboarding managers, cleaning and formatting data, and building reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics
  • Experience working directly with clients or onboarding teams
  • Strong data handling skills
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CRM data import/export processes
  • Understanding of CRM tools like: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
