Requirements
- 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics
- Experience working directly with clients or onboarding teams
- Strong data handling skills
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM data import/export processes
- Understanding of CRM tools like: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
