Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help our fast-growing SaaS company transform how logistics companies sell. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics, and a strong data handling skillset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics, ideally in SaaS or a data-heavy B2B environment
  • Experience working directly with clients or onboarding teams to translate qualitative goals into quantitative targeting strategies
  • Strong data handling skills — including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, deduping, cleaning), familiarity with CRM data import/export processes, and understanding of CRM tools like: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
