Manager, Business Intelligence

As Manager, Business Intelligence, you will shape how Agility’s Operations organization understands and measures its own performance. You will lead a team of analysts while staying close to the work yourself. You will set the agenda for the team, develop the KPIs and reporting infrastructure the business needs, and partner with data engineering and cross-functional leaders to influence the data foundation that makes all of it possible.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a team of Business Intelligence Analysts
• Set and manage the BI team’s priorities
• Engage professionally and effectively with senior stakeholders across Operations and the broader leadership team
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
• Define what the business needs to measure and how
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to influence the shape of the data architecture from the user perspective
• Build the practices, templates, and standards that will make this team more capable and consistent over time
