Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Experience contributing to or leading strategic planning and campaign development
- Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and campaign reporting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
