AiPrise (YC S22) is a next generation Identity Verification platform which helps fintech and crypto companies verify individuals (KYC) and remove fraudsters from their platform during an onboarding process. Every financial platform in the world needs to perform these checks in order to be compliant and safeguard users on its platform.
Our aim is to make onboarding frictionless for good users and frictionful for fraudsters.
👨💻 Role
As one of the first sales representative in Latin America joining our growing sales team, you will be instrumental in driving our direct sales to fintech companies in the region. You will report to the CEO and will be a trusted partner in setting the strategy and objectives for the Sales organization, evolving our sales methodology, scaling the team, implementing and execution of sales and support processes as well as delivering revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
We are quickly growing the number of customers we are working with, so you will be instrumental in designing scalable operations and identifying ways to better support more prospective customers over time. Our product is evolving quickly, and our brand and value messaging must evolve too. We’re a small team and expect all members to flexibly help wherever the company needs them the most.
Spotlight countries: Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru.
😀 What we are looking for
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to speak in both Spanish and English
- You must have prior experience of selling to Fintechs or banks or at least an interest in the finanacial industry.
- You are passionate about solving customers problem and are a great listner.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Interest in designing scalable company processes for an early stage

- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, specifically quota-carrying / closing roles
- You’ve worked in fintech/crypto space.
- You’ve worked at a small fast-paced startup
