Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
- Proficient in LinkedIn tools and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies
- Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
